The magnifying bathroom mirrors come in a range of different lamp types depending on your preference. Some are available that take mains voltage G9 lamps which are suitable for dimming if required. LED illuminated mirrors are also available. LED lit mirrors a highly energy efficient. Also available are bathroom mirrors back-lit by a compact fluorescent lamp.

Our bathroom wall lights with a shaver point usually come with their own pull cord switch for local switching. Choose from bathroom wall lights that can be situated next to your bathroom mirror either on the left or the right hand side. Over mirror bathroom wall lights, also with a concealed shaver socket are available for you to choose from.

Most will be IP44 rated. This means that they are suitable for use in bathroom zone 2 as well as for use next to a mirror in a dressing room which is more likely to be outside of the bathroom zones.

The bathroom wall lights with shaver socket come predominantly finished in Chrome with opal satin glasses covering the lamp. Energy saving shaver socket bathroom wall lights are also available to buy. Mains voltage lamps are more often than not G9 halogen lamps, either 25W or 40W. these halogen capsule lamps are suitable for dimming if necessary. Low energy lamps are usually not suitable for use with a dimmer switch.
