Easylighting.co.uk is a family run lighting retailer based in the village of Long Stratton, approximately 10 miles south of Norwich in Norfolk.
We have many years experience in lighting retail, having been in Electrical contracting and lighting sales for over 20 years.
Recently we moved into new premises in Long Stratton as our lighting business continues to grow. We strongly believe that our continued growth is due to providing a high quality personal service to our customers.
We have deliberately made easylighting.co.uk as easy to use as possible, keeping the website layout simple and in a format that allows you to view as many products as you can at any one time.
If you phone or email our friendly sales team with an enquiry, we will do our utmost to help you find the ideal lighting products for your home or office.
Once you have placed an order with us and require further information about your order before dispatch, you will find that even though you will be given an order number, it is generally enough to simply give us your name and we will be able to find your order on our system.
Our sales staff have years of experience in lighting and are on hand to answer any of your questions. Technical questions can usually be answered immediately as most of the time one of our technicians is available. If a technician is not available, you would be telephoned back shortly with an answer to your question.
Customer feedback is always welcomed as we are constantly striving to ensure that our customer service is the best it can possibly be.

We now have a “live chat” facility on the site. When you click on the link, you will be connected directly to our sales team who can simply and easily answer any questions. You can type your question in to the box and our sales assistant in our showroom will type back the answer.
An added benefit of this facility is that it may be available outside our showroom opening hours when we may not be able to answer the telephone. If at any time we are not available, you can leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
